WHAT INVESTING IN THE CHAMBER MEANS TO YOUR BUSINESS

The Chamber provides an effective voice in government and leadership for solving community problems. Chamber investors recognize that collective action is often more effective than individual action and that economic diversification is critically important to the long-term economic vitality of our area. Chamber leaders understand the business community will be a significant source for funding a variety of community improvement projects and should be involved in early-stage discussions and evaluations and that it is in their best long-term financial interest to support and nurture a professional, effective, locally-based business association. The Chamber receives its funding from two main sources: Member investments and its three major events--Play Day, Annual Meeting and the Superior Taste. Without these non-dues revenue events, member investment dues would double.
